Stay Fit And Healthy

There are many activities we can perform to stay fit and healthy throughout our lives. Here are the most common ways, drinking plenty of water,moderate exercise and believe it or not laughing. Drinking plenty of water on a daily basis is very important. Water helps the entire body,it helps flush out all of the toxins and impurities from the body. Just imagine if you drink very little water,then over a period of time you will suffer from many ailments. So just for starters you must drink plenty of water, at least eight glasses a day according to the health experts. The lack of water or dehydration in the body causes the body to retain toxic fluids. This is a way of the body protecting itself, but that fluid can cause inflammation which leads to other health conditions. Here are just a few of the health conditions; kidney problems which leads to other health conditions. The loss of short term memory, Asthma, Hypertension, Ulcers, Allergies and Arthritis. Everyone knows that water is good for the body but not how essential water is to our well-being. The solution for the prevention and treatment of Dehydration produced diseases is regular water intake because the conditions mentioned are a product of this,lack daily intake of adequate water afflicts the health. Laughing is one of the best things you can do for your health to stay Fit and Healthy. It helps lower the blood pressure, boosts your immune system and promotes social bonding. Now there is a study that determines belly laughs are good for your arteries. In a recent study, a scientist found that when people watched a comedy show, their coronary arteries become more flexible. Why does this happens? Laughing reduces your body's production of the stress hormone cortisol, which causes arteries to stiffen up. Moderate exercise without the aid of a gym and weights: You can use your own body weight and later on as you get stronger you can then use the Swiss ball and a pair of dumbbells. You can start with a three station program that burns fat and build muscle. You have to perform this program in three thirty-minute workouts, three times a week, every other day. In the morning is best because that is when you burn the most calories. The exercises are 1. The prisoner squats-30 reps with five sets. To perform the squat you must (A) Stand with your hands behind your head, chest out and elbows back. (B) Bend your knees to lower your body as far as you can go.(C) Your toes should be angled slightly outward. Don't raise your heels as you go into the squat. 2 The push-up- 30 reps and 5 sets. (A) Assume the classic push-up position, with your back and legs straight.(B) Keep your back flat while lowering your body by bending your elbows, until your chest is about an inch from the floor. 3 The jump 15 reps and 5 sets. This can be performed by (A)Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, now lower your body down as your hips and knees are aligned.(B). Explode in the upward position. Go as high as you can.
